COVID-19 Rent Reimbursement Grants Available

For renters behind on their rent and landlords affected by missed/reduced rent payments: NJHMFA has reopened and expanded the Small Landlord Emergency Grant (SLEG) Program. The program reimburses landlords for missed/reduced rent due to COVID-19, so landlords can to continue to provide safe and secure housing by forgiving back rent their tenants owe. Applications close October 13th. Learn more here.
