Find and enroll in a new health plan now at GetCoveredNJ.gov
Aetna decided to exit the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Marketplaces nationwide, including Get Covered New Jersey. If you’re currently enrolled in an Aetna plan, your coverage will end on Dec. 31, 2025.
Now is the time to find a new, quality, affordable health plan at GetCovered.NJ.gov! Enroll by Dec. 31 to ensure you have coverage starting Jan. 1, 2026.
Get the coverage you need in 3 easy steps:

Review your current coverage. Make a list of your doctors you use most.

Compare plans at GetCovered.NJ.gov. Find plans that include your preferred care providers. All plans include free preventative care, coverage for prescriptions and emergency services, prenatal, pediatric care and more.

Choose your plan and enroll by December 31 to ensure you have the plan that fits your needs on January 1, 2026.
Shop and enroll now. If you take no action, you may be enrolled in a similar plan with a new carrier in mid-December. Note that if you began an application for Plan Year 2026, you will not automatically be enrolled in a similar plan.
