By this time, you should have received your Form 1095-A from Get Covered New Jersey. Your Form 1095-A is used to complete Form 8962, which you can fill out to see if you are eligible for a Premium Tax Credit for 2024. Even if you did not request financial assistance when applying for coverage with Get Covered New Jersey, you can use this form to complete your 2024 Tax Returns if you were enrolled in coverage with us at any time during 2024.
Please check either your secure inbox in your GetCoveredNJ account or your U.S. Postal Mail to confirm you have received this form. If you have not received your Form 1095-A, please contact GetCoveredNJ at 1-833-677-1010.
