Be sure to complete your Get Covered New Jersey application! Please visit GetCovered.NJ.gov to review your application and make sure that all information is complete and updated and that any supporting documents have been submitted.
Record levels of state and federal financial help remain available! Nine in 10 qualify for savings at Get Covered New Jersey.
You’ll need to submit your application to see if you qualify for financial help to lower premiums and to shop for 2025 coverage.
Open Enrollment for 2025 health coverage runs until January 31, 2025. For coverage to begin on January 1, 2025, you must enroll in coverage and pay your first month’s premium by December 31, 2024.
