Step into spring with a visit to our new pop-up art exhibit, "Blossom & Grow", on display this April at Union Coffee in Lambertville, NJ! Original paintings, collages and mixed-media highlighting the beauty of spring and personal growth are on display and on sale!

Mercer County Bike Drive
Saturday April 12, 2025, noon to 4 p.m.
Do you have a bike that you no longer use? Maybe you have one your child has outgrown? Consider donating it for a good cause. The Mercer County Planning Department and the Mercer County Park Commission are hosting a bike drive for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Club Bike Exchange. This non-profit run by 50 volunteers collects, conditions, and sells used, quality bikes to people in the Trenton and Mercer County area.

Recreating the Battle of Trenton, Washington Crossing State Park
Saturday, April 12, 2025, 1 p.m.
The Battle of Trenton will be recreated by using miniature figures, dice and “Flint & Steel” rules developed by Richard Kane who will also be managing the game. Visitors can observe and some will be able to participate as the historic military commanders by issuing orders to their military units. As Colonel Rall can you save the Hessians from being captured by General Washington? It’s your chance to change history! The Battle of Trenton will be recreated at 1 PM at the Visitor Center Museum at Washington Crossing State Park in Titusville, New Jersey.
The Visitor Center Museum will be open from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. featuring The Swan Historical Foundation’s Collection of 500+ Colonial and Revolutionary War artifacts

Join the Spring Open House to learn more about the Villa difference. Meet with teachers and hear about classes and activities, tour the school building with a student ambassador and enjoy light refreshments with our parents and alumnae. Voices of Tha Block Dinners and Art All Night Previews: The Stories We Choose to Tell
The Stories We Choose to Tell is a dinner and wine day of reminiscing on our personal history in Trenton. We ask attendees to bring their own pictures/videos/newspaper clippings to create a community wall that will collage our memories together while we are doing so through narrative telling. These collages will be used at Art All Night.
We will invite friends at free admission to join us as we reminisce on our familial ties to Tha Town.
Why: We hope to spread information about Art All Night and raise a projected goal of $15,000 to support staff and experiences during the free 24 our event in June.

- 12 noon - 2 PM (Food prep at 120 East State Street)
- 2:00-3:45 pm (networking & dinner)
- 3:50-4:00 pm (team assembly and material collection)
- 4:00-5:00pm (Collaging and narrative sharing)
- 5:00pm-5:45pm (re-grouping, storytelling, dessert)
- 5:45-6:00pm (closing remarks)
We will also be providing a collage room where you'll be able to redefine your role in society.

An enchanting evening of music as the Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey proudly presents the "Drama & Irony" Music Concert. This performance will take place at the historic Patriots Theater at the War Memorial 1 Memorial Dr, Trenton, NJ 08608. Conducted by Sandro Naglia, the program includes: Rossini Overture from An Italian in Algiers, Mozart Piano Concerto in D minor K 466, Beethoven Symphony no. 4. Clipper Erickson will take center stage to perform Mozart's dramatic Piano Concerto in D Minor, K. 466—a piece filled with stormy emotions, lyrical beauty, and an ironic twist in its final moments.
Don't miss the Pre-Concert lecture by Joel Philips at 6:15 PM in the lower lobby. Trenton Music Makers pre-concert "curtain raiser" 6:45 pm.

2025 Common Ground film screening & panel discussion
Sunday, April 13, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
New Jersey Conservation Foundation, in partnership with Princeton Day School and Duke Farms, will host a screening of the award-winning documentary Common Ground on Sunday, April 13, at 2 p.m. at Princeton Day School. The film highlights the urgent need for regenerative agriculture to restore soil health, combat climate change, and build a sustainable future.
Following the screening, a panel of experts will lead a discussion and audience Q&A, offering insights into how regenerative farming practices can be applied locally and globally. The event is free but seating is limited. Please register now to secure your seats.

Spring Selects exhibit at Abbott Marshlands

A special exhibition showcasing the stunning artwork and photography of 15 talented artists who have found inspiration in the diverse beauty of Abbott Marshlands. "Spring Selects" features carefully curated works that capture the essence of this precious ecosystem through multiple artistic perspectives.
