Ewing Township Celebrates NJ Local Government Week: April 6–12
Dear Residents,
Ewing Township is proud to participate in the New Jersey League of Municipalities’ Local Government Week, celebrated statewide from April 6–12. This special week highlights the important role local government plays in our everyday lives and offers residents a chance to get to know the people and services behind the scenes.
We’ve planned a variety of events to bring the community together and showcase the work being done across departments. Highlights include Coffee with Council Members, an Open House at the Hollowbrook Community Center, and an Ice Cream Social and Touch a Truck at the Firehouse.
In addition, the Ewing Township Council invites local students to attend and witness a council meeting in action on Tuesday, April 8—a unique opportunity to see representative government at work and learn more about how decisions are made at the local level.
We encourage everyone to join us throughout the week as we celebrate the people and programs that help keep Ewing strong. Stay tuned to our website and social media for the schedule of events.
All the best,
Mayor Bert H. Steinmann
