SEEF funds raised from recreational cannabis sales are legislatively required to be used for social equity investments. Some of the most common recommendations to the Legislature include economic and community development, criminal justice reform and reinvestment, workforce development and community services, and public health. Community input taken during SEEF hearings or submitted in writing are presented in a NJ-CRC recommendation report to the Legislature.
Join the conversation and help build a stronger, more equitable New Jersey. Your input will help shape NJ-CRC's recommendations to state leaders.
