The NJ-CRC has issued new testing guidance to enhance product safety, standardize testing methods, and streamline regulatory compliance for cannabis businesses. These updates include revised batch size sampling requirements, new action limits, and expanded cannabinoid testing, among other key changes.
Testing laboratories must implement sampling changes by Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and all initial and stability testing changes must be in effect by midnight on Friday, May 23, 2025. Cannabis businesses should work closely with their testing laboratories to ensure full compliance with these requirements
