NILGOSC Choir Returns by Popular Demand

A massive thank you to the NILGOSC choir for the amazing performance on Friday. The singing (and the mince pies) definitely got everyone in the mood for Christmas.

The choir plans to keep going in the new year, so hopefully they will treat us to another performance soon. 

Quiz Masters Erika & Rachel!

Who would have thought that a few Christmas quizzes would whip up such debate in the office! I think it's clear that the communications team need to up their game for next year by actually choosing the correct answers for each question! 

Despite the dodgy answers, Erika clinched the prize for the Christmas Songs Emoji Quiz and Rachel won the prize for the Christmas Movie Emoji Quiz.

Congratulations to Shelly on 25 years at NILGOSC!

Congratulations to Shelley who achieved a fantastic 25 years of service on 1 December 2022.  Shelley decided on a bonsai as her service award.

Here she is with her great niece, Willow, picking it up in St Georges Market a couple of weeks ago. It’s an outdoor, deciduous tree and I’m hoping Shelley might share a picture when it’s in full leaf again. I know, from failed experiences, that bonsai can be tricky to look after so if you have any top tips, I’m sure she will be glad to hear them.

Staff Training Day 2022
