CFI Waiver Amendment
Updates
|
The recently approved CFI Waiver Amendment includes updates to New Hampshire's Medical Eligibility Determination process and revisions to the state's rate-setting methodology.
These changes modernize eligibility and reassessment processes, improve consistency in determining medical eligibility for waiver services, and align provider rate-setting with New Hampshire's evolving long-term services and supports system of care.

Join the Never EVER Campaign: Preventing Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation
The New Hampshire Bureau of Adult and Aging Services encourages providers, partners, caregivers, and community members to learn more about the Administration for Community Living's Never EVER Campaign.
Abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation can affect older adults and adults with disabilities in every community. The Never EVER Campaign promotes awareness, prevention, and action by helping individuals recognize warning signs and understand how to respond when concerns arise.
Everyone has a role to play in protecting vulnerable adults. Community awareness and early intervention can help prevent harm and connect individuals with needed supports before situations become crises.
Protecting vulnerable adults is a shared responsibility. While APS responds to situations involving abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and exploitation that meet statutory criteria, prevention, education, caregiver support, community services, and early intervention are equally important tools in helping older adults and adults with disabilities remain safe and independent.
If you are concerned that a vulnerable adult may be experiencing abuse, neglect, self-neglect, or exploitation, contact New Hampshire Adult Protective Services.
Together, we can help ensure that older adults and adults with disabilities are treated with dignity, respect, and safety.
For more information about the Never EVER Campaign and available resources, visit the Administration for Community Living's campaign webpage.
