NH EASY Update: Online Authorization Form Now Available |
Organizations using NH EASY can now submit Form 11 (Authorization to View Case Status) electronically through the NH EASY portal. This new feature allows providers and partner organizations to request access to case details by completing the form online and either uploading a signed form or requesting the client’s electronic signature through DocuSign.
The feature is available from the “Submit a NH EASY Form Online” option on the At-a-Glance screen or through the new Authorization Forms tab in the My Profile section. Organizations can also use this page to track the history of their Form 11 submissions.
Submitted requests will be processed in New HEIGHTS and reviewed by BFA Field Staff. For assistance, contact the New HEIGHTS Help Desk: DHHS.NewHeightsHelpD@dhhs.nh.gov
Join the New Hampshire HCBS Workforce Community of Practice
Tired of trying to tackle workforce challenges in a vacuum? As a leader of a provider organization delivering Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), you know that the "revolving door" of direct care staffing requires more than just quick fixes—it requires a unified strategy. Our monthly virtual Community of Practice (CoP) is a dedicated 90-minute space designed for Executive Directors, HR professionals, Workforce Development and Program leaders to move from "crisis mode" to "collaborative action."
Held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 2-3:30 pm, it is an opportunity to share challenges and wins for mutual success.
What to Expect Each Month:
• Strategy Spotlights: High-level presentations on modern workforce trends. • Promising Practices: Real-world success stories and shared initiatives from your peers across the state. • Peer-to-Peer Learning: Facilitated discussions to troubleshoot your specific hurdles.
Each month, we will tackle challenges and solutions across the employee lifecycle, providing you with actionable insights for attracting, selecting, training, and retaining the direct care workforce.
Invest 90 minutes. Gain a statewide network of solutions.
Our inaugural Community of Practice session kicked off on January 21st with a dive into understanding and leveraging workforce data - the foundations of workforce stability – and how data can drive targeted solutions. Those who joined told us they were returning to work relying “less on the vibe of the current state of the workforce and more on the actual numbers for direction.”
Join us February 18th as we shift our focus to Recruitment Marketing. We will be tackling the three most critical questions in the current market:
Who are you looking for? * How do you find them? * How do you attract them?
Note: April session rescheduled to Wednesday, April 29 (2:00–3:30 PM).

Contact Person Notification Program (CPNP)
The Contact Person Notification Program is a statewide public safety initiative that allows individuals and families to voluntarily share contact information with law enforcement. This helps first responders better communicate with individuals who have cognitive impairments or other disabilities and ensures caregivers can be contacted quickly when needed.
To learn more or sign up, call (603) 223-3872, email NCIC@dos.nh.gov, or visit nhsp.dos.nh.gov.
It will take more than individual actions to ensure we can live well at home as we age. In addition to our own preparedness, we must be served by strong community organizations, live in communities that are intentionally designed to meet the needs of people at every age, and be supported by public policies and social norms that value health and well-being in later life.
In a new Milken Institute report Longevity Ready: A Systems Approach to Aging Well at Home, co-authors Jennifer Rossano and Lauren Dunning offer a clear roadmap for creating systems that make it possible for us all to plan for and age well at home. Jennifer will share this roadmap, help us understand current system gaps, and highlight the specific actions we will need to take to implement effective strategies to address these gaps.
Throughout the rest of the Summit we will explore these concepts through a series of panel discussions and breakout sessions. You can learn more about the agenda below and download this event flyer to share with others.
