Register today for the third annual New Hampshire Environmental Health Conference. This one-of-a-kind event is designed for public health professionals, including health officers and educators, government or municipal officials and employees, environmentalists, students, and those who are generally interested in topics regarding how we are exposed to hazards and what we can do to identify and reduce those exposures.
The event focuses on the relationship between people and their environment; and fostering healthy and safe communities by promoting sound strategies that protect the health, well-being and quality of life in all communities throughout New Hampshire. Attendees will:
- Discover environmental health resources available throughout the state and how to build new partnerships to ease access to state agency resources;
- Learn about the New Hampshire specific environment and its link to societal and personal health impacts;
- Examine the impact of specific environmental issues across the state to better understand reduction strategies for high-risk geographic areas and populations.

NH's Changing Weather and Its Impact on Health
We are excited that Dr. Marc Nascarella, Associate Professor of Health Sciences at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will be our morning key-note speaker. Dr. Nascarella will discuss the public health impacts of our changing weather patterns and how they relate to environmental health here in New Hampshire. He will share his knowledge on building capacity to integrate adaptations to our state’s unique and dynamic weather can improve population and individual health outcomes.
