2024 Big Game Guide now online now; note date changes for application and permit sales

Application, drawing and sales dates for Nebraska big game hunting permits have been adjusted for 2024. These changes are noted on page 4 in the 2024 Big Game Guide, now posted on Nebraska Game and Parks' website. The guide provides a summary of Nebraska’s regulations, orders and statutes pertaining to hunting deer, antelope, elk and bighorn sheep.

There are now just four purchasing periods for deer, elk and antelope permits, and general applications will begin a week earlier than in past years. In addition, hunters will now have the option to Telecheck their deer during the November firearm season. See additional changes at the link below.

Spring turkey season continues through May 31
