Reminder to use MyTFFR's help resources first
Before submitting a support request, please remember to use the Help button located in the lower-right corner of your MyTFFR dashboard. This feature allows you to search for answers and includes links to our training videos, providing step-by-step solutions quickly.
These are the same resources the Retirement and Investment Office staff uses to resolve many of your support requests. You can also refer to the MyTFFR Employer Self-Service Handbook for guidance.

Submitting support requests through MyTFFR
As you work to complete year-end reporting, please use all available resources before submitting a support request.
If you still need assistance after referencing the available resources, submit a ticket using the “Contact Us” tile on your MyTFFR dashboard. This method ensures your request is properly tracked and addressed in the order received.
Note that due to a high volume of requests, response times may take several business days. Thank you for your cooperation and partnership.
