NDPERS Annual Enrollment
Employees can complete their annual enrollment elections for the 2025 plan year starting on Monday, October 14. The last day to complete any annual enrollment elections and submit printed forms to your organization's HR department is Friday, November 1.
We need your help to make this a successful annual enrollment.
How can you help?
- Forward annual enrollment emails to employees in a timely manner.
- Send completed forms to NDPERS at least weekly.
- Encourage your employees to join us on October 9 at 10 am CT for a reminder on what changes can be made during annual enrollment. View event.
- Ask your employees to join a special presentation with ASIFlex on October 15 at 10 am CT to learn more about the Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. View event.

What are the plan changes for 2025?

FlexComp Plan: The Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) limit increased to $3,200.

Dental Insurance: Slight increase in monthly premium. View rates.

Health Insurance: Members enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with the Health Savings Account (HSA) have higher total IRS contribution limits, which are the sum of employee and employer contributions.
- Single max: $4,300
- Family max: 8,550
- Age 55+: can continue to set aside an additional $1,000 into their HSA
