The Financial Essentials Workshop (FEW) is ideal for anyone wishing to understand their benefits better.

When: Tuesday, April 5 from 8 am to 12 pm CT

Topics include NDPERS retirement plans and how to increase your retirement income through service purchase, NDPERS disability and survivor benefits, flexible spending plans with NDPERS, financial planning with TIAA, 529 College Save with BND, and legal planning with Chapman & Chapman Law Firm.

Retiring within the next 5 years? 

Join us on April 6 and 7 for two half-days of the Pre-Retirement Education Program (PREP). We will help you navigate retirement and insurance options available to NDPERS members upon retirement. 

 

Day 1: Retirement Financial Planning 

When: Wednesday, April 6 from 8 am to 12 pm CT

Understand your NDPERS retirement options and listen to guest speakers from the Social Security Administration office and TIAA  as they navigate other financial considerations during retirement.

When: Thursday, April 7 from 8 am to 12 pm CT

Learn about NDPERS and Medicare insurance options upon retirement. Listen to guest speakers from the State Health Insurance Counseling and Chapman & Chapman Law Firm.
