All NDPERS members enrolled in the Sanford Health Insurance plan can visit their local participating pharmacies or walk-in clinics to get access to the flu shot vaccine.

Ask how your claim will be processed

To understand how your claim will be filed, ask the provider before you agree to any services. Sanford Health Plan regularly pays 100% of the allowable for the flu shot and its administration unless you agree to additional services with the provider.

Flu Shot Clinic in Bismarck - November 17 (4 to 6 pm)

Register to receive your flu shot on November 17 from 4 to 6 pm (CT) at the UND Center for Family Medicine located at 701 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck. This event is for employees, retirees, and their eligible family members enrolled in the NDPERS – Sanford Health Insurance plan.

Call the UND Center for Family Medicine at 701.751.6802 to assist you with your online registration or any other questions you may have about the flu vaccine and special processes to follow on the day of your appointment.

To cancel your appointment, you can call the number above or email bcfmappts@und.edu.

On the day of your appointment, remember:

  1. Face masks are mandatory.
  2. Members must register online to reserve a spot to receive a flu shot. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
  3. Register as a family, not as individuals.  If you need assistance, call the UND Center for Family Medicine at 701.751.6802 to complete your registration. 
  4. Wait outside the building until your reserved registration time if you schedule an appointment at the UND Center for Family Medicine. Please do not come to the door until it is your exact registration time. You may be asked to wait in line outside the building. The clinic will do its best to keep wait times to a minimum.  
  5. The entrance to the UND Center for Family Medicine is now on the south side of the clinic, off of Thayer St. The parking lot on the south side of the building can be utilized, as well as the parking on the east side of the building.
