Offered by the Department of Emergency Services, this group facilitation class offers a fun and interactive environment to learn and practice facilitation of a group of people in generating ideas and reaching a consensus, recommendation or decision. Every group meeting needs a strong facilitator--that could be you.

 Types of Working Genius is designed to enhance team collaboration and boost individual productivity. This innovative framework seamlessly integrates with our existing classes, helping us increase collaboration, reduce burnout and improve effectiveness of meetings.

Projects or Task Forces: This framework aligns with projects and initiatives, showing who should be heard at each stage, highlighting gaps.
Meetings: Now align meetings to appropriate project steps for better clarity, purpose and outcomes.
Intro to 6 Types of Working Genius
This class introduces the model, exploring the connection between joy, energy, and productivity. You will gain a basic understanding of how to read a team map and learn how to apply these concepts to reduce burnout. We touch briefly on how this framework applies to meetings.

Working with Your Team's Geniuses
When everyone on your team has completed the Intro class, enroll everyone together in this Part 2 session. Building on the foundation gained in the Intro class, this session invites your team to apply your geniuses real-time. Armed with deeper team information, you and your team will use your team map to analyze past projects and genius gaps. This collaborative approach will empower your team to plan more effective meetings and enhance overall teamwork.
