Team ND Manager Event: Impact Engagement Leader Workshop
During this two-hour workshop, leaders discuss their roles in and responsibilities of fostering a culture of engagement. This working session will equip leaders to:
- understand and use 2022 engagement survey data
- use proven techniques and best practices to weave engagement into your everyday habits
- recognize engagement’s effect on individual, team and organizational performance
- understand and appreciate their roles and responsibilities as people who own and lead an engaging culture
- develop and start to communicate a clear vision for success
