Commission Approves Program Eligibility Limit Increases
The North Dakota Industrial Commission has approved changes that will allow North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) to provide mortgage loan financing to individuals and families with a higher yearly income. Last year, inflation rose to a 40-year high of 9.1%. Now, it’s still high at 4.9%, and that’s reflected in the North Dakota housing market.

Inadequate Supply, Rising Costs Hit Renters Statewide End of federal pandemic aid could lead to housing insecurity
Joe Yasenchack suffered a brain aneurysm in his early 30s. The sudden trauma put him in a coma for three and a half months, followed by 18 years of nursing home care. The Cleveland, Ohio native and now Harvey resident, has lived independently for the past three years, as much as someone in his condition can.
