Data Migration
The BRIDGE project team is currently exploring options to expedite the data migration process for districts. Further updates will be communicated via the NDDPI Messenger and posted on the NDDPI website.
Premium Products
Infinite Campus has been compiling data regarding Premium Product module use from districts during regularly scheduled status calls. To date, roughly 63% of districts have provided insight. Below is an overview of the Premium Product use trends.
- Online Registration: 90% using now; 5% plan to use in 2027/28; 5% not using
- Food Service: 73% using now; 10% plan to use in 2027/28; 17% not using
- Payments: 75% using now; 10% plan to use in 2027/28; 15% not using
- Workflow: 80% using now; 5% plan to us in 2027/28; 15% not using

Annual Title I Schoolwide Reporting: Required Training
Updates on required annual reporting will be shared during the following webinars. All schools implementing schoolwide programming are strongly encouraged to attend. Schools in a schoolwide planning year are required to attend.

Content Creators Wanted for ND Educational Hub!
The ND Educational Hub is expanding its professional development library—and we’re looking for passionate North Dakota teachers to help create high‑quality learning experiences for educators statewide.
We’re inviting content creators to design 1‑credit (15 CEU) professional development courses. If you have expertise to share and want to contribute to North Dakota’s educator community, we’d love to collaborate with you!
Requirements, Deliverables, & Timeline
Content Creators must:
- Submit a proposal and current résumé for approval.
- Complete the ND Educational Hub Instructor Training Course.
- Use the ND Educational Hub Course Template for course design.
- Develop a fully built 1‑credit PD course aligned to Hub standards.
- Support and monitor the course for 4–12 months, including responding to participant questions, weekly check‑ins, and ensuring course functionality.
Compensation (Total: $5,000)
- $3,000 upon course approval and live launch (around month 3)
- $2,000 upon completing the 12‑month monitoring and debrief (around month 12)

Upcoming PowerSchool Scheduling Sessions
EduTech is offering several upcoming training opportunities designed to support staff in preparing for spring scheduling and PowerSchool reporting. These sessions include both in‑person and virtual options to accommodate varying needs, and will provide guided instruction on key processes such as scheduling for returning students and understanding ADA/ADM reporting. Please review the details below and register for the session that best fits your schedule.

District Grants to Support Professional Development in Dyslexia
NDDPI is launching a new grant opportunity to help districts strengthen professional learning in dyslexia. Funding will support training on the characteristics of dyslexia, structured literacy instruction, and improved systems for assessment, progress monitoring, and intervention.
Grant applications are due April 30, 2026, with award notifications issued by May 30, 2026.

A webinar on the dyslexia credential will be held on March 17, at 2 p.m. CDT and will be posted afterward on the NDDPI Dyslexia webpage.

2026 ND Literacy Summit
The third annual North Dakota Literacy Summit, The Implementation Chapter: It’s Time to Do the Work, will be held July 22–23, 2026, in Bismarck, with a special kickoff event on July 21, featuring a Dyslexia Simulation and Social.
This year’s Summit centers on aligned, evidence-based implementation grounded in the Science of Reading, supporting educators as they move from knowledge to practice to improve outcomes for all learners. Attendees will participate in practical professional learning through targeted tracks, including early childhood, dyslexia, and adolescent literacy.
This summit is provided through the North Dakota Science of Reading collaborative efforts of NDDPI and the North Dakota Regional Education Association.

 North Dakota Indian Education Summit
NDDPI is pleased to announce the 12th Annual North Dakota Indian Education Summit, which will be held July 28–29, 2026, at the North Dakota State Capitol in Bismarck.
This year’s summit will feature two inspiring keynote sessions:
• Day 1 Keynote: Nadine Groenig, Owner & CEO of Sun Clan Consulting • Day 2 Keynotes: Dr. Scott Simpson and Sharla Steever, Learning Specialists with Compass
The summit brings together educators, tribal partners, school leaders, and community members to strengthen knowledge, collaboration, and support for Native education across the state.
