Example: whole grain tortillas in a sheet pan quesadilla recipe.
Method B: Grains based on FBG
Method B is used to determine the grains contribution for items using the yield data from Section 4 in the FBG.
Example: whole wheat rotini in a pasta bake.
Method C: Grains based on grams of creditable grains
Method C is used to calculate the grains contribution using the grams of creditable grains when 1) the grain product is made at the school or 2) the manufacturers product formulation statement provides the grams of creditable grain per portion.
Example: homemade dinner rolls using whole wheat flour.

🛒 Using the Interactive Grocery List See how this feature transforms your planned menus into an organized, ready-to-use shopping list—helping you purchase the right amounts, stay efficient, and reduce waste.
