The individual service plan (ISP) data module in Therap allows individual and agency Qualified Service Providers (QSPs) to track and document on a mobile device or computer the tasks they complete during client visits.
The ISP is a safe and secure place for QSPs to store and retrieve their service documentation. QSPs can access, download and print all documented records on the ISP. The Therap ISP data module meets state and federal documentation requirements.
Using the Therap ISP data module is not required but is strongly recommended.
A training video about using the ISP data module in Therap is available on the HHS QSP and QSP Hub websites. The Therap support page also provides instructions on how to use the ISP.

The American Lung Association is working to increase lung cancer screening rates. This intervention integrates public health equity best practices through building awareness and reducing barriers to care, increasing early stage
cancer diagnosis, increasing early intervention, reducing morbidity and mortality rates and providing appropriate patient support to lung cancer screening referrals and facilitating low-dose CT for all eligible clients within the state of North Dakota.
Lung HelpLine lung health navigators
Individuals can call the Lung HelpLine from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT at 1-844-252-5864 to speak one-on-one with a lung health navigator about resources available for lung cancer screenings.
Lung health navigators help guide individuals through the screening process, including determining eligibility, finding local lung cancer screening centers and scheduling appointments.
Financial assistance
The American Lung Association helps eligible individuals, including the uninsured, underinsured and those with high deductibles, access screening services through screening and/or transportation financial assistance.

Please join us for our quarterly QSP Advisory Group meeting!
The quarterly QSP Advisory Group meeting is an opportunity for individual and agency QSPs to voice their opinions and hear updates. This advisory group is a foundational step in creating more of a voice for QSPs across the state. The group's purpose is to work towards making improvements for the QSP profession. Advocating and providing your voice in the advisory group will not only promote movement forward in improving the profession but will hopefully also attract more individuals willing to do this valuable work. This group will meet quarterly to discuss relevant topics, brainstorm solutions and provide input to various stakeholders.

HHS has an open electronic visit verification (EVV) model. Therefore, an agency provider can start/stop utilizing their chosen EVV system at any time. However, any EVV system switches that involve Therap, will require a minimum of three weeks' notice to HHS to process. The agency must notify HHS by sending an email to Adult and Aging Services at dhshcbs@nd.gov to start this process. At that time, all parties will coordinate efforts and establish a future transition date.
Please note, regardless of an agency’s chosen EVV system, all agency providers are required to utilize Therap to acknowledge their service authorizations and complete critical incident reports (CIRs), also known as general event reports (GERs) within the Therap system.
