Important changes are coming to North Dakota Medicaid.

Starting Jan. 1, 2027, some North Dakota Medicaid Expansion members ages 19 to 64 will need to complete 80 hours of work or other qualifying activities to keep their coverage.

North Dakota Health and Human Services has created the Stay Covered ND webpage to help answer your questions and provide resources for you.

The 1915(i) program has implemented the Training Management System (TMS) module in Therap to manage individual and group provider training documentation.

There are several resources available for providers to access as they implement the TMS module.

On the 1915(i) Provider Guidance and Policies webpage, there is a 1915(i) TMS class list and 1915(i) TMS guide. And on Therap's ND 1915(i) webpage, there is a webinar posted that goes over the TMS module.
