The QSP Hub and Therap will host a “kickoff call” for Family Home Care (FHC) and Family Personal Care (FPC) providers.
The Zoom session is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. CT and will last approximately one hour.
During the call, Therap will provide an overview of its platform, including a full demonstration of the workflow for FHC and FPC providers. The session will give participants an opportunity to explore the system and ask questions ahead of the planned transition in July.
This session is intended as an introduction and will not serve as a comprehensive training. Additional training opportunities will be offered in the coming months leading up to implementation.
The event is listed on the QSP Hub live calendar: Calendar of Events - North Dakota Qualified Service Provider Hub Training
Participants can register in advance for the meeting at: https://und.zoom.us/meeting/register/tTcXe702Qm-5OrzC26hJ3A

Family Home Care (FHC) and Family Personal Care (FPC) providers are encouraged to obtain a National Provider Identifier, or NPI, as the first step in transitioning to Therap.
Providers who want to get a head start on the transition can begin the process by registering for an NPI number. The QSP Hub is available to assist with this process.
Additional resources are available to help providers apply for and manage their NPI number:

This notice is for QSP agencies that applied using a paper application before January 2024 and have not yet enrolled in the QSP portal. No further action is needed at this time.
Beginning in April 2026, a user guide and video tutorial will be released. These materials will show you how to claim your QSP agency account in the portal.
The information will be provided through the enrollment portal.
