On Tuesday, April 7 at 11 a.m. (CT), Therap will be hosting a webinar going over the following tools available to 1915(i) providers in Therap.
Billing Module & Report Library
Re-highlighting the 3 P’s: People, Process and Payment
Review the following key reports:
- Billing Summary Report: Provides a 12-month overview of authorizations, billable units and claim status.
- Reconciliation Report: Shows claim information and payer responses.
- Case Note Detailed Report: Gives an overall view of all case notes including billable, billed, time and service codes.
- Case Note Audit Report: Shows any updated or late entries of case notes after being submitted
Therap Dashboards
The focus is on real-time data monitoring and interactive drill-downs.
- Billing Data Dashboard: Offers a one-month view of billing data status as well as unclaimed data.
- Service Authorization Dashboard: Tracks unit utilization and identifies key Authorization information.
- Case Note Dashboards: Includes tools for Case Notes to monitor the overall Case Note.
New Releases
Therap has several significant updates that were recently rolled out:
- New Home Page: As of January 2026, the legacy dashboard has been retired.
- Report Library Plus.
- Where to find release notes and how to subscribe to them.
Over the coming month, you may notice some changes to the format of 1915(i) webpages and some documents.
This is happening as we work to update our digital content to meet federal Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA that go into effect April 24. Our goal is to mitigate any disruption to your access to any 1915(i) resources.
