Each month, North Dakota Health and Human Services spotlights a 1915(i) provider to celebrate their contributions and innovative approaches to person-centered care.
This month we wanted to take a moment to show our appreciation to all of the 1915(i) providers for the care they deliver to our members.
Through the many changes and improvements to 1915(i) in 2025, our 1915(i) providers have stayed the course and continued to provide quality services to our members.
As we continue to grow together into 2026, the level of care will only keep growing as the circle of support you provide encompasses more and more people. Thank you.

The draft version of the updated 1915(i) Grievance policy is posted on the 1915(i) Provider Guidance and Policies webpage.
This policy is being updated to include the implementation of the General Event Reports (GER) module in Therap.
The GER module is specifically designed for providers to report suspected and actual incidents of abuse, neglect, exploitation or self-neglect of a 1915(i) member directly to 1915(i) administrators in a secure and efficient process.
