Log in - Use your provider credentials to access the MMIS portal.

Check for Payment Notice - After a payment is made, you’ll see a message in the "Messages & Announcements" section on the MMIS home page.

Locate the RA - Go to the top menu, click Claims, and select Payment Inquiry. Your remittance advice (PDF) will be available there.

Review - Open the PDF to view details on paid or denied claims, payment amounts and any adjustments.
*North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) does not issue pay stubs, but instead a document called “remittance advice.” QSPs are not employees of HHS; they are self-employed independent contractors. QSPs provide services and are compensated for the authorized services they provide.

A complaint can be submitted by any person who suspects wrongdoing by an individual QSP, agency QSP or agency employee who has information regarding:
