All Qualified Service Providers (QSPs) must have a direct deposit account set up to receive payments. There is a national trend of banking information being fraudulently changed. The proof needed for direct deposit has been updated to keep your payments and accounts safe.
If your bank account changes or closes, log in to your enrollment portal account here to update the information and upload proof of the new account information. If nothing has changed with your current account – no action is needed. Once the new account information is added, you will receive a paper check for the first two billing cycles. If you have questions, contact the QSP Hub by email info@ndqsphub.org or call (701) 777-3432.
Notices are sent from the portal only to QSPs who have claimed their accounts. QSPs that do not claim their account will not receive notices about their enrollment status or enrollment tasks that are due. It is your responsibility as a QSP to ensure you claim your portal account, check your email often and respond timely to assigned enrollment tasks.
What type of enrollment tasks will you receive notices about?
- Competency Revalidations
- QSPs must update competency every 30 months or when your license or certification expires. Update the Documentation of Competency (SFN 750) or your CNA, RN or LPN licensure in the portal.
- You cannot provide services without a current competency on file.
- You will receive an email when this information is due; a notice will not be sent in the mail. If you do not complete this task, your enrollment will be closed and you cannot provide services.
- Enrollment Revalidations
- QSPs must revalidate enrollment a minimum of every five (5) years.
- Log into the portal to complete your revalidation before your expiration date.
- You will receive an email when this information is due; a notice will not be sent in the mail. If you do not complete this task, your enrollment will be closed and you cannot provide services.
The portal provides a lot of helpful information that may answer some of your questions about being a QSP. You also may have an enrollment task due on your to-do list! Check out what’s available on your dashboard today:

- Knowledge library
- Submit a help ticket
- Important notices from QSP enrollment
Trying to find where to make changes to your address, add services or counties to your profile? The Account Administration tab in the QSP Enrollment Portal helps you update or change all of the following:
- Address
- Email
- Phone number
- Add or remove counties
- Change or add services
- Update direct deposit account
Remember to read and upload all needed information. The most common errors that delay processing are:
- Not uploading all information like licenses or documentation.
- Requesting to update information but no information has actually changed. We see this a lot with EFT change requests – if nothing has changed with your current direct deposit, you do not need to submit a change request.
- Incomplete forms. Make sure you read all instructions for completing forms.
