Dear Qualified Service Provider,
The ND QSP enrollment process is now online. The new QSP portal allows you to:
- Receive real-time updates on new enrollment applications.
- Complete maintenance tasks such as:
- Update your contact information or change your name.
- Complete your competency/license revalidations.
- Complete your five-year revalidations.
- Add or remove services or the counties you serve.
To help with this change, an account is ready for you in the portal. To get started, follow these steps:
Step 1: Follow this link.
Step 2: Log in to the portal through North Dakota’s Login (ND Login) portal.
- If you already have an ND Login account used on another ND site, use that username and password to log in to the QSP portal.
- If you do not remember your ND Login username and/or password, you can reset them by following the instructions on the ND Login page.
- If you do not have an ND Login, follow the steps on the ND Login page to create an account.
Step 3: Upon successfully completing the ND Login step above, you will be asked a few identifying questions that will grant you access to your account.
