Documentation for QSPs just got easier

You can now document authorized services you provided directly in the Therap application on your computer or mobile device!

The documentation feature is the newest tool to launch in Therap for qualified service providers (QSPs).

Benefits of using Therap

QSPs will have one place to store their documentation
The system prompts the QSP to provide all required documentation
QSPs will be able to add notes for services and tasks performed
Documentation will be secure
Documentation will be ready and available if chosen for audit

Learn how to use Therap

You are invited to attend training to learn how agency and individual QSPs can use this new tool.

The ability to document was automatically added to all individual QSP accounts in Therap. Agency providers need to attend the training or reach out to Therap for instructions on how to fully set up their Therap account.

There is no cost to use Therap. QSPs are strongly encouraged to attend one of these trainings and use the new documentation tool, but it is not required.
