Commerce hosted the annual Tourism Industry Marketing Summit on Oct. 11, bringing together tourism professionals from across the state.
The 2023 Media and Cooperative Advertising plans were released at the summit. Printed copies of these plans are available; contact Heather LeMoine at hlemoine@nd.gov to request.
One notable change in the 2023 plan was the shift away from broadcast TV with more budget being directed to the multi-faceted opportunities in digital media. The Media Plan includes strategies and details for digital and traditional media buys. It also details efforts for marketing in Canada and with niche traveler interests.
The cooperative advertising options are first-come/first-served. That plan can be viewed here.
