EAP Workshop: Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

Atrium Health EAP

Did you know unresolved workplace conflict is one of the leading contributors to stress, burnout and disengagement among employees? Differing perspectives will continue to exist; however, we have the opportunity to build the skills needed to navigate conflict constructively and reduce its impact on mental health, workplace culture, and morale.

Join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, Atrium Health, to learn how to identify and address conflict early, understand different conflict styles and their impact, build self-awareness, develop strategies for productive conversations, and more.

Four options are available for signing up: two for employees and two for managers/supervisors.

Log in to your NEOGOV account and then register for one of the trainings. IMPORTANT: for the registration link to work properly, you should log in to your NEOGOV account prior to clicking the link to enroll. Email Brooke Adamson, Strategy & Innovation, with questions.
