These optional informational meetings provide an opportunity to learn more about health plan changes, online enrollment, available benefits, the online enrollment process, and more. All info meetings have been updated on our employee event calendar on County Connect.

Meeting registration is not necessary; attend any meeting that is convenient.

The guide is also available in the My UC Benefits App and on our new interactive Open Enrollment online hub. This new resource is mobile-friendly and allows you to compare plans side-by-side and explore benefit options. You can also use our AI-powered assistant, “Ivy,” to answer your questions – both in the app and on the interactive online hub.

My UC Benefits App: Ask "Ivy" Your Questions!

If you haven't yet downloaded the My UC Benefits mobile app, check it out! Ask questions instantly through “Ivy,” our AI-powered assistant trained on our specific benefits and plans.

The app brings all of your benefit resources into one secure, convenient location - and right in your hands. You can store your ID cards digitally, book an appointment at our Employee Health & Wellness Center, invite your family members to use it, and much more.

You can even complete open enrollment through the app with Benefitfirst.

Benefitfirst

Benefitfirst is our online enrollment portal to select benefit options during open enrollment or following a qualifying life event outside of open enrollment. Use "1212" as the company ID. Once you create an account in Benefitfirst, you will be automatically logged into the portal on the My UC Benefits app via single sign on.

Upcoming Open Enrollment | May 1-29

All benefit-eligible employees must either electronically enroll or waive benefit options during the open enrollment period, which is May 1-29, 2026. This is the only open enrollment period for all benefits this year.

This process involves reviewing and updating your selections for various benefits, such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and other options. Employees will electronically enroll via the Benefitfirst platform between May 1-29.
