The enrollment period is now open through May 30 for eligible employees to make benefit elections, changes, or waive coverage. Visit the Employee Navigator site to create an account and begin your enrollment. Remember to use the Company Identifier "Union County Gov" to complete your account verification.
You must enroll online or waive coverage for your benefit options by May 30 to have coverage for medical/dental, Community Eye Care, Flexible Spending Account, and voluntary benefits (life insurance, accident insurance, etc.).

- Visit the Benefits Explorer site to schedule a virtual one-on-one appointment with a benefits counselor or use the chat feature for questions.

The Variable Co-Pay Program (VCP) is a specialized offering through our pharmacy benefit plan administered by Liviniti. This program helps reduce out-of-pocket costs for certain brand-name and specialty medications by using manufacturer coupons.
If you're taking a medication included on the VCP drug list and qualify for program savings, you will be contacted to enroll in the program effective July 1, 2025.
Liviniti representatives will be onsite June 4 and 5 to assist eligible employees with enrollment. Additional details will be shared soon. Click here to learn more about the program, enroll today or view FAQs.

Virtual coursework makes attendance viable from anywhere in Union County, while in-person classes are conveniently located on the Queens campus (about three miles away from uptown Charlotte).
