Everside Health Members | Appointment Courtesy

If you or a family member on the direct primary care plan are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with Everside Health, please be sure to contact Everside and cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to the appointment if possible. This is important to ensure others who may need to schedule an appointment have available spots on a timely basis.

Reminder: Important Holiday Policy Changes

Holiday policy changes became effective on Nov. 4. Review the important reminders about your timecard and other changes here.

It’s Volunteer Season!

Eligible employees have 16 hours per year to use toward volunteering in Union County with approved agencies. Volunteer Time Off (VTO) requests require two steps. First, the employee completes the VTO Request Form. Once approved by the supervisor, the second step occurs when the employee requests this time in Employee Self Service to appear on the timecard. VTO should be taken in at least two-hour increments. Review full policy details. Remember to use VTO for Christmas Bureau volunteering.

The Employee Newsletter features articles such as the following: Mastering Family Get-Together Stress, Volunteerism: The Perfect Pick Me Up, and other relevant topics to help employees make it through the holidays successfully.

The Supervisor Newsletter provides the following guidance to leaders: How to clearly define performance improvement expectations? Is it appropriate to invite employees to hang out after hours to improve cohesion and morale in department?, and other relevant questions.

The December webinar addresses Coping with Holiday Stress. Participants will:
