Annual evaluation reporting summaries have been shared with department directors. Supervisors may begin scheduling performance conversation meetings now with employees. As you gear up to have your performance conversation with your manager/employee, come prepared to discuss the following:
- Review Performance over the past 12 months
- Discuss goals/projects for upcoming year
- Be open/listen to feedback
- Be prepared to discuss ideas/thoughts for the next review period.
Pending budget approval, eligible employees will receive a pay for performance increase in their July 6 paycheck. Click here to review eligibility guidelines for receiving a pay for performance increase. Directors will receive an email during the week of June 19 regarding personnel action form (PAF) pick-up.
COVID-19 Public Health Emergency Ends
The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ended May 11, 2023, which means some COVID-19 related benefits have changed. Click here for details. Due to the end of the public health emergency, COVID-19 home test kits are no longer covered by the health plan. However, free COVID-19 home test kits are available via the drive-thru at the Human Services building and the Human Resources office in the Government Center. Limited quantities are available per individual.
New Medical Shopping Tool
