Timesheets Due Thursday

All Employees: Complete your timesheet no later than Thursday, May 18, at 2 p.m. Time off should be recorded for the May 6-19 pay period.

Supervisors: Please approve timesheets for your employees by 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 18.

From Finance: Fiscal Year Cut-Off Dates

The end of the 2022-2023 fiscal year is rapidly approaching! To help ensure a clean cut-off and avoid problems and delays in payments to vendors, please observe the following deadlines:

  • Purchase orders will not be processed after May 19 unless the department obtains written approval from the Budget and Finance Director.
  • All 2022-23 invoices dated June 30 or earlier must be received by the Finance Department no later than noon, July 25. Review each invoice carefully. Designate in the upper right hand corner of the invoice those to be charged to FY23 budget.
  • All requests for travel reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 must be received in Finance no later than noon, July 25.

Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony Tuesday

All Union County employees are invited to the annual Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony on Tuesday, May 16, at 12:45 p.m. in the courtyard between the Union County Judicial Center and Government Center. The Sheriff's Office and several local law enforcement agencies will honor law enforcement officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
