Open Enrollment for Optional Life Insurance

The annual open enrollment period for optional life insurance through Sun Life Financial is Nov. 16 through Dec. 15. During this time you may elect, increase or decrease optional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Existing optional coverage may be increased by $10,000 or $20,000 with guaranteed acceptance. (Up to $300,000 or five times annual salary for employee or $50,000 for spouse. Spouse and/or dependent child coverage can be no more than 1/2 of employee coverage.)

To elect, increase or decrease coverage complete an enrollment form.

All original forms must be received in Human Resources by 5:00pm on Tuesday, Dec. 15. All changes will be effective Jan. 1, 2021.
