We are excited to announce the addition of the LEARN module to the suite of NEOGOV products for County employees. LEARN will serve as a learning management system to host and track training for employees. To get started with the new platform, a video tutorial will be added to your Dashboard Activity List in LEARN that will introduce you to the features of the system and general navigation. Look for an email notification from NEOGOV later today that will notify you of this enrollment. After watching this tutorial, you may begin enrolling in courses available in the training course catalog. As the implementation for LEARN continues, we will be sharing other system resources for you to utilize and explore.
To access LEARN, simply use your pre-set NEOGOV credentials to log in or log into any existing platform (Perform, Onboard or Online Hiring Center) and toggle over to LEARN from the drop-down menu on the upper left of the page. Your user name is your county email address and the password is the unique password you created. For employees who are new to NEOGOV, you will receive an email to create your account.

PERFORM (PE) is releasing an update this week to the system that will add the feature "Track Changes" to all active evaluations. This is a global setting that will be effective immediately for all active evaluations and will allow approvers to add notes to evaluation rating items, along with “Deny” actions. These notes can assist raters as they edit and resubmit ratings. The Track Changes feature provides a side-by-side comparison for a before and after view as the approver reviews the edits for final approval.
