Dear PSU Leaders,
We are writing to provide an update on the Infinite Campus security incident we communicated about on Sunday.
NCDPI is in constant contact with the Infinite Campus team as their investigation continues. As a reminder, no student information was breached. At this time, Infinite Campus has not been able to confirm that North Carolina was impacted by this breach. We want to be clear about what that means: while we cannot yet rule out impact, there is no confirmed evidence that North Carolina data was accessed or affected.
Infinite Campus continues to actively scan all Salesforce data that may have been accessed and will contact districts directly if any specific concern is identified.
We understand this uncertainty is difficult. We want to assure you that NCDPI will keep you informed every step of the way and we will communicate directly with you each time we learn anything new, without delay.
