- Meeting agendas are posted to Eboard approximately a week prior to each meeting.
- The next regularly scheduled CSRB meeting is February 9 & 10, 2026.

Charter School Renewals:
Amanda Fratrik, Business Systems Manager, from the NC DPI Office of School Business Services presented the School Business Renewals Report. Financial updates were shared regarding schools in the renewal process. Following this presentation Jenna Cook, OCS Consultant, facilitated the 2026 renewal voting process. Charter schools and their renewal terms, beginning July 1, 2026, are:

Charter Application Amendment Requests:
Second Delay to open Fall 2027 instead of Fall 2026:
HYPE Leadership Academy, currently in the Ready to Open process - Approved
Other Business:
Ashley Logue, OCS Director, presented the revised Ready to Open proposal based on feedback from stakeholders. CSRB approved the changes unanimously.
Community School of Digital and Visual Arts (CSDVA) representatives provided CSRB with an update on facilities, governance, and academics as required by the school's renewal stipulations.
