Military Connected OLR Pleat Update*
The Military Connected OLR Pleat has been updated to correct a previously identified issue. The current version is Version 3. Please see the NCSIS Knowledge Base article listed below for instructions on how to download and import OLR Pleats:
Online Registration | NC Department of Public Instruction
If you previously downloaded Version 2, you may have noticed that the Show on Review checkbox was selected for multiple fields. This has been corrected in Version 3.
Additionally, a statewide script has been run to uncheck these boxes for any PSU that had already imported Version 2. Therefore, if you have already downloaded and imported Version 2, no further action is required.

AIG Headcount*
The window for the AIG Headcount is open!
- The AIG Headcount is verified through a Data Validation Report within Infinite Campus.
- Each LEA and participating charter school will need to run the AIG Headcount—Student Level Detail Report and validate the information.
- Ensure that all students who are receiving services on or before November 15, 2025, are included on the report and the student’s identification area is correct.
- NCDPI will take a snapshot of the information in the data validation report for state reporting on November 30th.
For questions, reach out to Stephanie Cyrus (stephanie.cyrus@dpi.nc.gov) and for additional resources (webinar recording, quick guide instructions, and knowledge base article), please visit the Infinite Campus folder in the OALGE Coordinators’ Corner.

State-Defined Values and Primary Teacher Verification
All courses and/or sections must have State Defined Values (formerly Course Attributes) assigned as appropriate. Use the (NC) Section & Course Attribute Verification validation report to validate this data. The report includes three groups of values:
- Section-level fields
- Course (calendar-level) fields
- Course master fields
Section-level values will be inherited from the course information at the calendar level. If values exist on the course, the section values only need to be completed if they differ from the course.
Additionally, ensure each section has a Primary Teacher assigned in Section Staff History. This information is used by multiple downstream systems and reports. The (NC) Section & Course Attribute Verification validation report also lists the primary teacher for each section; if a section shows no value, a primary teacher must be assigned.

Historical Endorsements
Endorsement data for all historical graduates have been converted to Infinite Campus. Endorsements will now display on a transcript run for those students.

Retired UID Replacement
Historical students that were incorrectly converted with retired UIDs in Infinite Campus were corrected in production last week. If a PSU needs a list of students whose UID changed through this process, please see the (NC) UID Errors Validation Report. The rule “(NC) Retired UID - Replacement List” will display all students affected, their previous UID and their new UID.

Important Notes for Charter Schools Using Third-Party Lottery Vendors
As charter schools prepare for the upcoming school year and utilize third-party vendors for their lottery and registration processes, please keep the following in mind:
- If your vendor collects student registration data, do not import household or census data directly into Infinite Campus. This can lead to data integrity issues. Importing data into Infinite Campus should only be done with direct assistance from Infinite Campus support or an Infinite Campus channel partner.
- Due to North Carolina’s Student UID system, students cannot be imported into Infinite Campus using external files.
- Instead, each student who has accepted a seat must be enrolled using the Student Locator Wizard within Infinite Campus to ensure proper identity matching and compliance.
Please feel free to reach out to your NCSIS Professional Learning Consultant with any questions.

CTE Updates
Important:
At this time, schools should not complete any steps related to concentrator calculation or run CTE reports.
Please do not:
- Assign CTE Academic Programs (last year’s programs remain and have not been updated for 25–26)
- Update Student Status
- Run or use the NC CTE Extract Report
Further guidance will be shared once the updates are in place. Until then, no action should be taken on concentrator status in Infinite Campus.
