PRC 188 Survey Due!
If your PSU operated a PRC 188-funded Summer Career Accelerator Program this summer, please complete the End-of-Program Survey no later than September 15, 2024. Please submit only one survey per PSU.
As a reminder, all PRC 188 and 189 enrollment data should be entered into PowerSchool. If you are a Phase I PSU, you should utilize the spreadsheet to document attendance and submit it to the eMFTS system as required in years past.
If you need more information about the process for enrolling students into the PRC 188 or 189 programs in PowerSchool, please utilize the Summer '24 PSU Resource Folder.
The resources in the folder include 1) the spreadsheet that PSUs will use to report required data if they are a Phase 1 PSU in transition to Infinite Campus and have PRC 188 programs concluding between now and the end of the summer, 2) a PDF of the student survey (optional), 3) a PDF of the End-of-Program Survey (required), and 4) the Summer '24 Data Collection Guidance Document.

OLR PRC Transitions
ESSER funding for the OLR will end on September 30, 2024. Therefore, beginning on September 1st all questions regarding PRC's 188 and 189 should be directed to the Office of Federal Programs (OFP). The Consolidated Support Team will be able to approve any budgets and advise you on allowability of activities. As a reminder, these PRCs are ESSER funded; therefore, all PRC 188 and 189 funds must be encumbered by September 30th, 2024, and liquidated by December 30, 2024.
