Home Base Maintenance Window - July 2024
The next Home Base maintenance window is set to begin Friday, July 19th at 6 p.m.

PowerSchool will be unavailable starting on Friday, July 19th at 6 p.m. with an anticipated return to service no later than Saturday, July 20th at 10 a.m. The application will be made accessible to all users once the maintenance is complete.
- In addition, PowerSchool will be deploying version 24.7.0.0 of Professional Learning and Perform Enterprise to NCEES, on Monday, July 22, 2024 from 12:00 am - 6:00 am. During this time, system availability will be limited. Release Notes for version 24.7.0.0 can be found in the PowerSchool Community and have also been posted in Help for Professional Learning and Perform Enterprise.

Schoolnet production and training site will upgrade to version 26.0 this weekend. The system will be down from 7/19/2024 at 5:00 pm through 7/22/2024 at 6:00 am. During this time Schoolnet cannot be accessed.
Note: Each year, a list of scheduled maintenance windows is published by NCDPI. This is published in advance to help teachers and administrators better prepare for temporary outages and loss of access. Please review the 2024-2025 maintenance schedule and put these dates on your calendar. In most cases, the entire window is not necessary and we can return systems to service earlier than listed. If emergency maintenance is required in addition to these scheduled dates, all users will be notified in advance.
