Teacher Listening Session
In 2023, the Southeastern Environmental Education Alliance (SEEA) conducted a landscape analysis of environmental education (EE) efforts that gathered data from over 700 K-12 schools in the eight southeastern states, enabling us to get the full picture of EE happening in schools throughout the region.
SEEA and EENC are continuing to address the issues and findings we have identified through our regional landscape analysis of schools by conducting a teacher and administrator listening session to strengthen our understanding of the barriers we found in our school survey. This additional feedback will allow us to dig deeper into the barriers that have been identified and work toward more robust solutions that meet the needs of the schools. We are looking for feedback from K-12 classroom teachers and school or district administrators at this time.
Formal educators and administrators who participate in this event will receive a $50 stipend for their time.
