E-Rate Filing for FY 2024
The Form 471 filing window for FY 2024 opened on January 17th and will close next Wednesday, March 27th, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Applications marked as “Wave Ready” are likely to be included in the first funding wave for FY 2024 that is expected in late April. Please reach out to the DPI E-Rate team for any filing questions or support.
Bid Evaluation Reminders
When a PSU examines and evaluates bids received for eligible services, you must select the most cost-effective bid. The price of the eligible products and services must be the primary factor in the evaluation, but does not have to be the sole factor. Review all aspects of a bid submission including the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and the total length of the contract.
Other relevant evaluation factors may include:
- prior experience including past performance;
- personnel qualifications including technical excellence;
- management capability including schedule compliance; or
- environmental objectives.
