NCDPI World Languages Standards Draft 1 Survey
Due by Monday, October 16
There's still time to submit the All Stakeholders Standard-by-Standard Survey for individuals to give feedback on Draft 1 of the proposed K-12 World Language academic standards. The World Languages team in the Office of Academic Standards requests your thoughtful input and comments on this first draft to inform any additional revisions, which may include changes, clarifications, additions, deletions, or replacements to the draft standards and their objectives.
State Board of Education (SBE) policy specifies that the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) will formally collect feedback on the draft revised standards from educators, administrators, parents, students, institutions of higher education, business/industry representatives, national organizations, and other education agencies. The purpose of this survey is to obtain input from educators and stakeholders familiar with the World Languages Standard Course of Study (SCOS) in order to inform revision decisions.
This survey is estimated to take about 10 - 20 minutes to complete and should be done in one sitting. Please use the links below to access the survey. We thank you for your time and input.
Feel free to encourage others to submit the World Languages All Stakeholders Survey for Draft 1 by passing along this message and the links to the survey:
