The NC Digital Learning & Media Inventory (DLMI) is due Sep 30, 2022!

    • All PSUs (LEA, Charter, Lab, Regional) must complete the DLMI annually.
    • Parts of this data feed into the NC School Report Card, the Office of Civil Rights Report, and the new Digital Dashboard required by legislation.
    • In order for your data to be on this year’s School Report Card, it MUST be input into the DLMI system by the Sept 30 deadline because we must submit the SRC data the following week.
    • Charter, Regional, and Lab schools must complete the PSU level as well as the School level; therefore, they need to request PSU admin access.
    • Please see the 2022 NCDLMI Training Deck for directions and links.
    • Contact your regional consultant for further assistance.

Expanded MFA Options in NCEdCloud for 2022-23

The NCEdCloud IAM Service Team at NCDPI, MCNC, and Identity Automation is excited to announce the availability of expanded multi-factor authentication options available to PSUs in NCEdCloud. NCEdCloud Administrators can now specify additional employees for whom MFA is required by uploading a list of UIDs. Alternatively, NCEdCloud Administrators can opt-in to require MFA for ALL employees in a PSU.

More information was provided directly to NCEdCloud Administrators and PSU Technology Directors this morning. It can also be found on the NCEdCloud website. We hope these new options will further enhance the security of the NCEdCloud IAM Service for PSUs.
