First, a huge thank you to all of you for working closely with your students to ensure the IB assessment season was a success. Either assessment route took hours of planning, preparation, and implementation, and I thank you for going the extra mile for students in North Carolina's Public Schools.

International Baccalaureate May 2021 Exam Invoices
There was a delay in the IB Organization's invoicing process with NCDPI this year. NCDPI received the exam invoice on May 21, 2021. Payment has been processed and mailed to cover your IB exam fees.
We are aware that you received two invoice reminders reflecting a balance owed to the IBO - before NCDPI received the final invoice from them. The most recent 'third reminder' invoice threatens penalties and shutting down of IBIS access. Please know that these are automated invoices, and we are in communication with Laura Lane, IB World Schools Manager, to ensure this does not occur.
We are sure payment will be applied soon. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
